basis211которые не один раз говорили мне здесь, что мол нельзя сравнивать speeding и illegal entry, в том числе и потому что speeding это state misdemeanor, а illegal entry это целый federal misdemeanor (в контексте отобрания детей, мол за federal и кара должна быть не в пример жестче)
